Small cloud passed by the sun between scans 5 and 6 while changing between operators. It is possible that scan 6 still had a thin bit of cloud between the instrument and the sun. Visually, it seemed like there was a lot of scatterers of some sort in the atmosphere, which was easiest to notice when looking away from the sun; though it could be I am just not accustomed to what the atmosphere is supposed to look like in the region. -- Freja Nordsiek (freja.nordsiek@ds.mpg.de)
